Dreamy, fun, professional, friendly. Danielle is an amazing realtor from initial conversations through the final paperwork signing, she made the entire home buying process so simple. In a process that could be considered stressful, she made it easy. No pressure. I called her when we still lived in another state because I saw her as a supporter of Spirit FM and knew she was someone I could relate to. She asked great questions to cover our needs and took the time to get to know us. She took time to visit a variety of houses, encouraged different styles and features. She laughed with us and made jokes about things we found, even going so far as to leave a gift in the new house from an inside joke! She never pushed us towards or against something. When it came to the paperwork process, she walked us through every single page, not telling us to just sign. She was thorough and clear with negotiations giving her opinion without telling us what to do. She always kept our best interest in mind. We weren’t just a transaction. Buying a house with her equaled gaining a friend.

My husband and I have lived in Roanoke County for the last 38 yrs and we were wanting to make a change and thought about moving to Smith Mountain Lake as a great area to retire. We did not know the area well so we needed direction. We had started looking at the lake but we were not making any progress. By the grace of God, I found Danielle Boone, MKB Realtor! We spoke on the phone initially and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She was so personable and we had a lot in common, baking!! When I met Danielle, she was the most sweetest person you could ever meet! She spent time talking to us and reviewed our Roanoke home to sell and what we desired in our next home. She listened and did her homework. She sent us homes in the SML area to review and then she personally drove us all over the Franklin and Bedford Co. area to view those homes. She loves her job and is so excited to view every home with you! Danielle was all over it!! You feel like you are her only client because of all the attention she gives you. Well under one month we found our dream home at the Lake and had our Roanoke home on the market with an offer in under one week. She found our new home and sold the Roanoke home. She is the most thorough person you could ever meet with attention to detail. She keeps you informed every step of the way by messaging, emailing or calling by phone and always pleased to reassure us and make us feel valued. Danielle found our new home. It is wonderful in a beautiful countryside subdivision with lake assess and all the amenities one could hope for. My husband and I worked with Danielle when we bought our home. We met Danielle at an open house; she may be one of the most down-to-earth people that we've met. Danielle was patient, kind, and had no problem advocating for us. When we scheduled to see a lot of houses one Saturday, I was fearful that she would get worn out with it all. Boy was I wrong, she was eager to get our feedback and if it wasn’t right, take us to the next one on the list. We bought the very last house on the list that day. She communicated with the seller’s REALTOR while we did our tour; we were able to get answers quickly. When our offer was accepted, I honestly believe she was just as excited as we were. Working with Danielle was like working with family, they know what you like and get you there to see it.
